Booking Guidelines & Terms
Transparent and secure guidelines to ensure a hassle-free relocation experience across India.
1 Booking & Confirmation (बुकिंग और कन्फर्मेशन)
- We recommend booking your shifting service at least 2 to 3 days in advance to secure your preferred moving date and time slot.
- You can book our services online through our Quick Booking form or contact our support team directly via phone or WhatsApp.
- A booking is considered confirmed only after our team verifies the shifting details (From/To locations, volume of goods, and moving date).
2 Payment Terms (भुगतान के नियम)
- A nominal advance amount may be required at the time of booking to reserve the vehicle and packing crew.
- The remaining balance must be paid upon the successful completion of loading/transit, prior to final delivery or unloading, as per our agreed invoice terms.
- We accept secure online payments, UPI, bank transfers, and cash.
3 Cancellation & Refund Policy (कैंसिलेशन और रिफंड)
- If you wish to cancel or reschedule your booking, please inform us at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled moving date.
- Advance payments are subject to a refund based on operational expenses incurred up to the time of cancellation.
4 Goods Safety & Responsibility (सामान की सुरक्षा)
- Customers are requested to provide an accurate list of items to be moved so we can arrange the appropriate vehicle size and packing materials.
- Hazardous materials, illegal goods, flammable items, and perishable food products are strictly not accepted for transport.
